Refund Policy

 

At Repair and Revive, we strive for complete customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with our repair work, please contact us within 7 days of your service. Refunds are available for services not started or not performed as agreed. Emergency call-outs and custom-ordered materials are non-refundable. Cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment may incur a fee.

 

To request a refund, email richard@repairsandrevives.com or call +447835996000 with your booking details. Partial refunds may be considered if only part of the service was unsatisfactory. Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days.

 

Refunds are not available for services that have been fully completed and meet the agreed-upon standards.
